As may be apparent, nursing student experience a high level of stress and anxiety during examinations. A recent study shows that EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a technique we employ here at Mindful Moments Counselling, showed “decreases in anxiety that were statistically significant” with participants reporting they were “feeling calmer and more relaxed after using the technique.”
